www.Galileesea.com is a Christian site aiming at the edification of true believers all over the world of all denomination. The site includes articles and booklets that intend to offer comfort and encouragement for born again Christians at various conditions of life.

We live in Abusnan village in the Nothern Galilee in Israel. We attend a local church, Golden Valley Church. The church is 7 years age. It has about 70 people. Meetings are Sunday and Thrusday at seven o’clock. We have good contact with other churches both in Israel and abroad. We welcome all true children of God every where.

Our village Abusnan is about 10,000 people, all Arabs (40% Moslems, 27 % Druze and 23% nominal Greek Orthodox Christians) the neighboring villages around are both Arabs and Jews. The Golden Valley Church has about 70 people mostly new converts. The church meetings are on Sundays and Thursdays at 7 a.m. The common among all the people of the village is that they all hate and persecute us for our Faith and they strive to stop the work of the Lord in the village. We are persecuted mostly by the nominal Christians (Greek Orthodox). Recently Moslems in the village sent us a serious threat claiming that we are disturbing the people by our teaching and practice of the Christian faith. The Druze who are armed because they go to the army, hate Christians, last month, they attack the Christians in the near village called Maghar, they burned their cars and houses, and Christians fled away. In our village, last elections, the Druze threw about 70 bombs to frighten Christians. Our kids go to schools with the majority of Moslems and Druze.

However, the more persecuted we are, the more blessings we experience. Recently a deacon in the Nominal Church was converted and baptized with his household. In addition, a court judge was also converted and baptized with his household and parents. We experience the power and seal of the Lord every day. People who used to persecute us, are starting to come to meetings. In addition, to church meetings, we have a home ministry which the Lord is blessing. The Church Pastor Fatein Deeb Jacob who by the grace and guidance of the Lord, started the ministry in the village since 1982, he ministers in the local church and in other churches in the Galilee, he regularly travels and ministers in Lod and Ramla where the Lord started a new ministry (about 50 people). Pastor Fatein has been teaching there the topic "Abiding in Christ" already for half a year. He also wrote several Christian books : "The presence of the Lord", "How, if no one guides me", "I say to the wise" and other books. He is serving the Lord full time already for many years, all the expenses including publishing the books were supported by the local believers who many of them suffer from unemployment, yet all of them is rich with the gift of giving.

The pastor assistant Milad Jacob is also ministering half time in preaching and writing and publishing Christian books, he owns some printing and typing machines used for printing and publishing the books. Books such as "The Bible dictionary", "500 questions and answers", 100 short Christian stories" and other books. The Golden Valley Church is an Arab Church but it strives to have good relationships with other Churches in the Galilee, Jerusalem and the South of Israel, both Arab and Jewish churches, we usually have mutual encounters especially with the Jewish church in Rishon Letzion and Kfar Saba. The Golden Valley Church plans a lot of things that may glorify the Lord and brings edification and blessing to the nation of God, yet, we suffer the support, we don’t have any external sides that support us. Therefore we are financially limited, and the plans fade away and die. We welcome all true Christians from all over the world, please come and visit us. We need your urgent prayers. Please pray for us, for having a separate building for the church, to build a school for the Christians of the village and those of the neighboring villages, to support writing and publishing Christian books, to have Christian activities and establishments through which we can serve and reach the unconverted people.
